School Hours
School begins at 7:45 am and ends at 2:15 pm. Please be aware that students should not be on campus before 7:30 am or after 2:15 pm (unless participating in a school-related function) as no adult supervision is available. We no longer have staggered dismissal.
Reregistration
Mark your calendars! On June 24th, log into PowerSchool at https://ps.vail.k12.az.us/public/home.html and re-register your child for the new school year. Reregistration involves confirming your contact information is up to date for the upcoming school year, so that office staff can reach you and so that you receive school newsletters and other important information.
Welcome Back Night
Welcome Back Night is scheduled for Thursday, July 11th (5:30-7:15) with two 45-minute sessions, 5:30-6:15 pm and 6:30-7:15 pm. Teachers will present information on grade-level curriculum, academic expectations, and classroom routines and procedures. During this time, families will be able to meet their child’s teacher, see their child’s classroom, and ask questions as needed.
